As part of my commitment to ensuring that all families have access to quality special education advocacy services, I partner with Medical Home Plus (MHP), a nonprofit organization that provides Resource Coordination services to families and professionals supporting children with a wide range of special education needs.

MHP offers a scholarship program that helps eligible families access IEP and 504 advocacy services. Families interested in receiving scholarship support must complete MHP’s intake process to determine eligibility for available funding and services.

Through this partnership, we work to reduce financial barriers and ensure that every family has access to the advocacy, guidance, and support needed to help their child succeed in school.

Be sure to let them know that Carolyn Haydon of FTC Advocacy referred you. If you qualify for services and funding is available, you will be paired with FTC Advocacy as your MHP advisor.
